FORCE MAJEURE
Zhejiang Store shall not be held liable for delayed or non-performance due to force majeure events legally recognized as beyond its control. These shall not be grounds for default, nor shall they incur any liability for compensation.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by Turkish law. Jurisdiction shall be determined under the applicable laws. Zhejiang Store also reserves the right to file lawsuits in the USER’s or MEMBER’s country of residence.
ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Use shall take effect on the date they are published on the SITE by Zhejiang Store. By using the SITE, USERS and MEMBERS agree to these Terms. Zhejiang Store may amend the Terms at any time, and updated versions shall include the version number and effective date on the SITE.
